亲爱的卢大使，好！

过去的一个半月，我和我的加拿大合伙人、美国合伙人奔跑在祖国各地。中国的急速前行，欣欣向荣，让我骄傲、让我自豪。前年，我写下了一篇广为传播的文章《面对中国投资人，魁北克为什么不高兴》。而在接到CCBC活动的通知时，我阅读了卢大使近期的演讲稿，一切尽在不言中。按捺不住的开心，知音难寻。感恩上帝。我们这些居住在海外的华人，都必须清醒地接受一个事实，即便没有中国国籍，但事实有两个国家，一个是族裔根的所在国，一个是起居生活的所在国。这个族裔根的所在国不是别人的，是我们自己的。只有深深爱着她的人，才会得到别人的尊重！否则，很难让人认可是一个值得信赖的人，值得交往的人。中国越来越强大，正是我们融入、引领西方主流社会的契机。

Thank you Ambassador,  

Ambassador, in Sunflower Group, you have an ally. The plans and opinions you expressed today give us strength for the coming years, where China's role on the international scene is vowed to change considerably. Business leaders from all industries in Quebec gathered today to hear your wisdom, and better orient their work in Trade and Investment with China.

In my daily practice as a business lawyer who are active in the field of  international commercial law, I meet entrepreneurs everyday who wonder at the depth of Chinese culture and society.
